Louise has been licensed since 1989. Following a successful Sales Career, Louise joined the Management Team at RE/MAX Real Estate Centre in 2014 and Manages the Kitchener office. Louise is the Lead Trainer for Career Development with REC, and has launched many training programs and initiatives including RE/MAX Centre's exclusive 90 Day Challenge, Mindset Monday's, and in house coaching program. Louise is very passionate in doing everything possible to assist Agents in reaching their full potential and achieving their goals. Louise is well known and respected in the Real Estate Industry and has become a mentor to many. Louise was awarded RE/MAX Manager of the Year for all of Canada in 2017.
